Rico a victim of animal cruelty had his tongue cut out by someone trying to train him to fight. He has come to St. Louis from California where Phoenix Pack has built him a special cottage. Rico initially came from Rosarito Beach Baja Mexico. Thanks to the efforts of the “Give Some Life Foundation” in Rosarito , Rico was saved. Veterinarians and Volunteers alike are to be commended for their compassion and dedication to helping animals.
